If anything isn't just right—whether it’s the size, the style, or the feel—we’ll take care of it with a full refund (or Store Credit for discount items).

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for online orders within 30 days from the date of delivery, including items purchased at a discount.

If you need to send an item back for any reason, you are eligible for a full product refund or store credit.

• Initiate Your Return: Simply contact our team at klareandco@gmail.com and provide your original order number.
• Ship It Back: Please choose your preferred shipping method and send the item(s) back to us. We highly recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference. (Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
• Refund or Store Credit Issued: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund or Store Credit for the product(s) to your original payment method.

For a return or exchange to be accepted, please ensure the following:

• The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

For hygiene and safety reasons, there are a few exceptions:

• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for hosiery or underwear.
• However, we do accept returns for bras and support garments purchased online, as long as the tags remain intact.
