If anything isn't just right—whether it’s the size, the style, or the feel—we’ll take care of it with a full refund (or Store Credit for discount items).
Our Policy at a Glance
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for online orders within 30 days from the date of delivery, including items purchased at a discount.
How Returns Work
If you need to send an item back for any reason, you are eligible for a full product refund or store credit.
- Initiate Your Return: Simply contact our team at klareandco@gmail.com and provide your original order number.
- Ship It Back: Please choose your preferred shipping method and send the item(s) back to us. We highly recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference. (Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
- Refund or Store Credit Issued: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund or Store Credit for the product(s) to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
For a return or exchange to be accepted, please ensure the following:
- The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
Exceptions for Hygiene and Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, there are a few exceptions:
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for hosiery or underwear.
- However, we do accept returns for bras and support garments purchased online, as long as the tags remain intact.
