How Returns Work: Shipping is On Us!

If you need to send an item back for any reason, you get a full product refund plus we will reimburse the cost of your return shipping label.

  1. Initiate Your Return: Simply contact our team at customercare@klarematernity.com and provide your original order number.
  2. Ship It Back: Please choose your preferred shipping method and send the item(s) back to us. We highly recommend keeping a copy of your tracking and shipping receipt for reference.
  3. Provide Proof of Cost: You must email us a clear copy or photo of the shipping receipt showing the cost of the return postage.
  4. Full Refund Issued: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund for the product(s) and include the cost of your return shipping label as a single reimbursement to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

For a return or exchange to be accepted, please ensure the following:

  • The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

Exceptions for Hygiene and Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, there are a few exceptions:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for hosiery or underwear.
  • However, we do accept returns for bras and support garments purchased online, as long as the tags remain intact.
