Please note that once your parcel has left our studio, occasional delays may occur with the delivery provider. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control.

Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel’s delivery progress. If there are any unexpected delays, you can track your order by visiting www.auspost.com.au or by using the tracking link provided in your email.

If you have entered an incorrect address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order leaves our studio.

Once an order has been dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

In some cases, you may be able to arrange a parcel redirection directly with Australia Post. Please contact Australia Post for assistance with this.

Any additional freight charges caused by returned parcels, including incorrect addresses entered at checkout or parcels not collected from the Post Office within the required timeframe, are non-refundable.
