To help you find exactly what you love, we're happy to accept returns and exchanges for online orders within 14 days from the date of delivery, including items purchased at a discount.

Return Conditions

For a return or exchange to be accepted, please ensure the following:

• The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
• To initiate an online return, you must contact our staff and provide your original order number at customercare@klarematernity.com.
• Please note that you are responsible for the return postage costs, and we do not reimburse the postage expenses. We cannot assume liability for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process, so we advise keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, there are a few exceptions:

• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for hosiery or underwear.
• However, we do accept returns for bras and support garments purchased online, as long as the tags remain intact.
