Klare & Co are happy to accept returns for online orders within 14 days from date of delivery under the following conditions:

• The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
• To initiate an online return, you must contact our staff and provide your original order number.
• Please note that you are responsible for the return postage costs, and we do not reimburse the postage expenses. We cannot assume liability for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process, so we advise keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for hosiery or underwear.
• However, we do accept returns for bras and support garments purchased online, as long as the tags remain intact.
• Items marked SALE can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
